1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website https://casajosephtroncones.com (hereinafter “the Site”) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site is operated by JOSEPH HOTELS & RESORTS, S.A. DE C.V. and is intended to present the accommodations, restaurant, spa, events, and experiences of Casa Joseph Troncones, as well as to facilitate the reservation process.

The following are prohibited:

  • Using the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to Site systems or data.
  • Publishing or transmitting offensive, fraudulent content or content that infringes third-party rights.

3. Reservations

Reservations are managed through the Zavia CRM reservation engine, to which the user will be redirected from the Site. By completing a reservation, the user accepts the terms of that engine as well as the hotel’s specific policies:

  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • The hotel reserves the right to require a payment guarantee or deposit to confirm the reservation.
  • Cancellation and modification policies will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by season or rate type.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least [X days] prior to the arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations outside this window may be subject to charges. The hotel reserves the right to modify these policies during special seasons or events.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices published on the Site are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated, and include or exclude taxes as noted. The hotel reserves the right to modify its rates without prior notice, except for already confirmed reservations.

6. Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for:

  • Damages caused by external factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
  • Loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings, except as established by law.
  • Technical interruptions or failures of the Site beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, designs, and videos, is the property of JOSEPH HOTELS & RESORTS, S.A. DE C.V. or their respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
